How long does it take to form a company?
Setting up a company generally takes between 3-4 weeks. We will prepare the Memorandum & Articles of Association, Letters of Appointment, Nominee Services Agreement (if requested), and other related documentation within 1 week.
Remarks: our fees are “all-inclusive fees”, and cover all the required services, duties, and procedures to incorporate a Cyprus private limited company, and keep it in good standing.
